I’ve had a really frustrating experience with customer service. I reached out for support and waited way longer than I should have, only to get responses that didn’t actually solve anything. I tried to be patient, but at this point I feel like the issue needs to be escalated because I’m not getting the help I need.

I ordered from twoobs.com and thankfully my package arrived safely and in good condition. The shipping updates were decent, not super detailed, but enough to know things were moving along. It did take a couple of days longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m grateful everything arrived properly and I’m happy with the delivery.

"Easy exchange, took a little longer than expected"
I needed to exchange for a different size, and the whole process was really easy to follow. The return itself was simple and hassle-free, it just took a few days longer than I was hoping. Overall, still a good experience.

"Comfy, but the sizing feels a little off"
Well... it’s definitely comfortable, but the fit was a bit looser than I expected. Still nice overall, just wish the sizing was a little more accurate.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it showed up way too small. Super annoying because now I have to deal with returning it and reordering, which just feels like a waste of time and energy.

"Looks nice... but a little plain"
The site looks okay overall... it’s clean and easy enough to look at. I just felt like some parts were kind of basic, like they could use a bit more detail or a nicer layout. It’s not bad at all, just not something that really stuck with me

"Not worth the price"
I was let down by the quality. The material felt kind of cheap right away, and it didn’t seem like something that would hold up for long. After using it just a little, it was already starting to show wear. For the price, I expected a lot better and probably wouldn’t order from twoobs.com again
